This dress is brand new; was a store sample dress. The gown has not been altered or dry cleaned.
Inspectors Note: In New Condition, no notices mark, buttons, sequins and zipper are in new condition. The loop for the top button needs to be repairs, which can be re-attached at time of alterations.
Sales Taxes: all gowns sold and/or shipped to CA address will be CA taxed.
