This dress is brand new but was a store sample dress. The gown has not been altered or dry cleaned.
Inspectors Note: Gown is in "New Condition", all buttons, sequins are good and not missing. There are a couple of small marks at the hem from manufacture but cannot be seen, as these are inside the gown and under the lace.
